Description:

Awarded First Place at recent Spokane Watercolor Society Juried show!  (Juror was Lian Zhen)

From my "Present Past" Series, (beautifully framed) this rendering is of a band saw used to shore up timbers in the mine shafts and also used in the saw mills of the 1800's.  The one on display was called the "Invinceable" model manufactured by the Berlin Machine Works.
